Firehouse Responsibilities

Firehouse Cleaning Services guarantees your satisfaction. Our primary responsibility is to clean and help you maintain the interior of your home. If you are not satisfied with a clean, please notify the office immediately and we will inspect and correct the problem within 24 hours at no additional charge.

We are responsible for notifying you of any scheduling change the office may have to make. We make every attempt to notify you at least 24 hours in advance. In the event we are unable to notify you 24 hours in advance, we will make every effort to contact you immediately.

Firehouse is also fully bonded and insured. We also give our customers an honest and fair resolution of any problems with the cleaning and full resolution of any breakage or damage caused by an employee of Firehouse.

We also attempt to contact customers the day before to remind them of their scheduled clean the next day. If you do not want this service, please let me know.

We place great importance on open lines of communication. If there is a special cleaning need that you require, all you need to do is contact our office and we will make every attempt to satisfy your specific cleaning need.

Customer Responsibilities

We require that you provide a reasonably “Clutter Free” and safe working environment. Customers are responsible for the restraint and safety of their pets. We will not carelessly leave doors open, however employees do have to hold doors open in order to enter and carry in equipment and supplies.

Teams will not clean in flea infested areas nor are teams permitted to clean animal or human excrement of any kind. The team cannot clean in homes without water or electricity.

In the event you are unsatisfied with a clean, please call the office immediately. This is very important so that we can improve our service and correct problems immediately. Someone from the office will visit your home, inspect the problem at hand, and work out a viable solution up to and including sending the team back the next day to correct the problem, at no additional cost to you.

You are responsible for notifying the office of any scheduling changes at least 24 hours in advance. Any changes made the day of the clean, with the exception of emergencies, will be charged a $15.00 change fee.

Scheduling Options

To avoid costly travel time we schedule all our homes in accordance with their geographic location. For that reason, we are not always able to accommodate your personal time and day preferences. Should you wish our teams to come on a certain day, let our office know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If there is not an opening on that day or for that time, we will make note of your preference and adjust the schedule as soon as an opening becomes available.

Your assigned cleaning day is consistent with each clean. All customers have the option of being cleaned weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks or every 4 weeks. We also offer one-time only and occasional cleaning which is billed on an hourly basis at $40/hour per cleaner.

Firehouse’s typical work hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We do not clean on Saturdays and Sundays.

If you require special consideration for a given clean, please contact the office at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

 

Service Charges

There is a $15 lockout charge if the team is unable to enter your home. This includes reasons such as defective locks or keys, changed locks, accidental lockouts, changed alarm codes, last minute changes to the schedule made by the customer, or ferocious dogs.

In addition, we cannot guarantee the exact time the cleaners will arrive at your home each and every clean. This is dependent upon the number of cleans and geographic locations scheduled for that given day. While we will make every attempt to satisfy your time constraints, we cannot guarantee and exact arrival time.

There is a returned check fee of $35 for each check returned.

 

Payment Policy

Payment is due upon receipt of service, either through check made out to Firehouse Cleaning Services, LLC or cash. If no payment is there, the cleaners will leave the premises. You will have to call the office to reschedule services.
